10.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at contact@uvons.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

15.3 Jurisdiction

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, or through the competent courts in your country of residence, at your option. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.4 International Users

For users located outside India, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms. We are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution to any disputes, taking into account the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
